General Guidelines for Parents & Students

• Counselling service begins after full enrollment confirmation.
• Parents must ensure timely completion of each stage within the mentioned timeline — delay leads to service lapse (no extensions unless approved).
• Each session must be attended within the defined days from enrollment.
• All communications are shared via email, WhatsApp group, and Google Calendar links — parents must respond and book slots promptly.
• No-refund policy applies once enrollment is confirmed.
• Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
  In the event of any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, the Quest+ Career Navigator team reserves the right to reschedule a counselling session. Parents are requested to extend their cooperation and ensure availability for the revised session to facilitate the successful completion of the student’s career planning journey and roadmap development.

Terms of Service:

• After enrollment, you’ll be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group (Parent + Student + Counsellor).
• The Counsellor will coordinate session scheduling and provide prompt responses to ensure steady progress.
• For EMI enrollments, enrollments must be completed as per due reminders to avoid service interruption, which is one month from the day of the first EMI.
