General Guidelines for Parents & Students
- Counselling service begins after full enrollment confirmation.
- Parents must ensure timely completion of each stage within the mentioned timeline — delay leads to service lapse (no extensions unless approved).
- Each session must be attended within the defined days from enrollment.
- All communications are shared via email, WhatsApp group, and Google Calendar links — parents must respond and book slots promptly.
- No-refund policy applies once enrollment is confirmed.
- Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the event of any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, the Quest+ Career Navigator team reserves the right to reschedule a counselling session. Parents are requested to extend their cooperation and ensure availability for the revised session to facilitate the successful completion of the student’s career planning journey and roadmap development.
