General Guidelines for Parents & Students

Counselling service begins after full enrollment confirmation.
Parents must ensure timely completion of each stage within the mentioned timeline — delay leads to service lapse (no extensions unless approved).
Each session must be attended within the defined days from enrollment.
All communications are shared via email, WhatsApp group, and Google Calendar links — parents must respond and book slots promptly.
No-refund policy applies once enrollment is confirmed.
Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the event of any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, the Quest+ Career Navigator team reserves the right to reschedule a counselling session. Parents are requested to extend their cooperation and ensure availability for the revised session to facilitate the successful completion of the student’s career planning journey and roadmap development.

Terms of Service:

Day 1–7: You must book and complete your child’s 45-minute discovery session using the shared calendar link. (within 5-7 days)
Day 8–10: Ensure your child completes the psychometric test within 3 days of receiving the link.
Report for parents' review: The final report will be automatically shared for your review.
