General Guidelines for Parents & Students

• Counselling service begins after full enrollment confirmation.
• Parents must ensure timely completion of each stage within the mentioned timeline — delay leads to service lapse (no extensions unless approved).
• Each session must be attended within the defined days from enrollment.
• All communications are shared via email, WhatsApp group, and Google Calendar links — parents must respond and book slots promptly.
• No-refund policy applies once enrollment is confirmed.
• Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
  In the event of any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, the Quest+ Career Navigator team reserves the right to reschedule a counselling session. Parents are requested to extend their cooperation and ensure availability for the revised session to facilitate the successful completion of the student’s career planning journey and roadmap development.

Two-session format with a Psychometric Test to guide students in exploring their strengths and direction.

Terms of Program:

• Day 1–7: Attend Session 1 – Discovery & Exploration (slot via Google Calendar).- (online/offline will be as per availability).
• Day 8–10: Complete the psychometric test within 3 days of receiving the username and password.
• Day 11–15: Schedule and attend the follow-up session within 15 days of enrollment.

Delays beyond the mentioned period will lead to service lapse.
