RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to students from Grade 3 to Grade 10.
• Participants must be enrolled in a recognized school in India.
• Each student must register through their school to participate.
2. Registration:
• All participants must complete the registration form available on the SESL portal.
• A unique identification number will be provided to each registered student.
• Registration must be completed by the specified deadline.
3. Project Submission:
• Participants must create projects using the tools as mentioned against their projects such as Scratch, MIT App Inventor, Web Development (HTML, CSS5, JavaScript), or Python.
• Projects must be original work created by the participant.
• Each project should be submitted through the SESL portal by the submission deadline.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Project Guidelines:
• Projects must adhere to the theme and guidelines provided for each age group.
• Participants should ensure their projects are appropriate for their grade level.
• Projects should not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or plagiarized content.
• Collaborative projects are not allowed; each project must be the work of an individual student.
5. Evaluation Criteria:
• Projects will be evaluated based on creativity, functionality, code quality, adherence to guidelines, and presentation.
• A panel of judges appointed by SESL will review and score the projects.
• The decision of the judges is final and binding.
6. Prizes and Recognition:
• Top performers in each age group will receive certificates, medals, and other prizes.
• Outstanding projects will be showcased on the SESL platform and during the award ceremony.
• Participation certificates will be awarded to all students who submit a project.
• The cash prize will be shared among multiple winners in equal parts if sharing the same rank.
7. Terms and Conditions:
• By participating in the competition, participants agree to abide by all rules and terms set forth by SESL.
• SESL reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the competition rules.
• SESL is not responsible for any technical issues or data loss during the submission process.
• Participants grant SESL the right to use their projects for promotional purposes.
8. Code of Conduct:
• Participants are expected to maintain a high standard of integrity and respect throughout the competition.
• Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
• Participants should not seek assistance from teachers, parents, or peers in completing their projects.
9. Technical Requirements:
• Participants must ensure their systems meet the technical requirements for the tools they are using (Scratch, MIT App Inventor, Web Development, Python).
• Projects must be compatible with the respective tool's platform and should function correctly on standard hardware and software configurations.
10. Privacy and Data Protection:
• SESL is committed to protecting the privacy of participants.
• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and also for such kind of campaigns in future.
• SESL will not share personal information with third parties without consent.

• For any queries or technical support, participants can contact the SESL support team via email or through the support section on the SESL portal.
12. Amendments:
• SESL reserves the right to amend the competition rules and terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through the SESL portal.
By registering for the Singhania Education Services Limited Inter-School Coding Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the competition rules, terms, and conditions.
