About Go Coderz

Singhania Quest+ presents Go Coderz.

A national coding competition organised in association with the World Book of Records (London, UK). This competition is for students of grade 3 to 10. It features a series of coding challenges that are meant to assess participants' problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and programming skills. The event aims to encourage innovation and support young coding talents by providing a platform for students to demonstrate their coding abilities and compete against their peers from all over the country.

Student Registration Process

ROUND 1 – REGISTRATION

→ Once the school registers, all the interested students can register themselves using the link shared by their respective school officials.
→ Once a student registers, he/she can log in to his/her Singhania Quest+ account to view and update their profile details (if required).
→ Masterclass videos will be updated on the Singhania Quest+ Student Dashboard by July mid-week. Students will be duly notified about this update.


Note
→ There is no participation fee for the Round 01.
→ All the students registering for Round 1 are eligible for a ‘Digital Participation Certificate’.


ROUND 2

Note
→ Students who are qualified to participate in ‘Round 2’ will have to pay ‘Competition Fees’ of ₹300/Per student.
→ Students who are qualified for Round 2 will be eligible for Special Certificates & Scholarships.

                                                                        Gocoderz Coding Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to students from Grade 3 to Grade 10.
• Students of any school are eligible to participate in the competition.

2. Registration:
• All participants must complete the registration form available on the portal https://questplus.in/go-coderz/.
• Students will receive on email their unique Quest credentials to upload the project.
• Registration must be completed on or before 26th January 2026.

3. Project Submission:
• Participants can create projects using the tools as mentioned against their projects
• Projects must be original work created by the participant.
• Each project should be submitted through the Quest portal by the submission deadline date of 31st January 2026.
• Late submissions will not be accepted.

4. Project Guidelines:
• Participants should ensure that they are doing the project for their respective group only.
• Projects should not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or plagiarized content.
• Collaborative projects are not allowed; each project must be the work of an individual student.

5. Evaluation Criteria:
• Projects will be evaluated based on creativity, functionality, code quality, adherence to guidelines, and presentation.
• A panel of judges from Quest platform will review and score the projects.
• The decision of the judges is final and binding.

6. Prizes and Recognition:
• Top performers in each age group will receive certificates, medals, and other prizes.
• Outstanding projects will be showcased on the Quest platform and during the award ceremony in the respective school.
• Participation certificates will be awarded to all students who submit a project.

7. Terms and Conditions:
• Quest reserves the right to amend the competition rules and terms at any time. Participants need to access our Terms & Conditions regularly for any updates.
• By participating in the competition, participants agree to abide by all rules and terms set forth by Quest platform.
• Quest reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the competition rules.
• Quest is not responsible for any technical issues or data loss during the submission process.
• Participants grant Quest the right to use their projects for promotional purposes.

8. Code of Conduct:
• Participants are expected to maintain a high standard of integrity and respect throughout the competition.
• Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
• Participants should not seek assistance from teachers, parents, or peers in completing their projects.

9. Technical Requirements:
• Participants must ensure their systems meet the technical requirements for the tools they are using (Scratch, MIT App Inventor, Web Development, Python).
• Projects must be compatible with the respective tool's platform and should function correctly on standard hardware and software configurations.

10. Privacy and Data Protection:
• Quest is committed to protecting the privacy of participants.
• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and also for such kind of campaigns in future.
• Quest will not share personal information with third parties without consent.

• Operating System: Windows 10, macOS 11.0 or later.
• Browser: Latest version of Chrome or Firefox.
• RAM: 4 GB or more.
• Storage: 500 MB available disk space.
• Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection for online features.

System Requirements for MIT App Inventor
Recommended Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 10, macOS 11.0 or later.
• Browser: Latest version of Chrome.
• RAM: 4 GB or more.
• Storage: 500 MB available disk space.
• Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection.

Mobile Device Requirements:
• OS: Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher.
• Storage: 200 MB available space.
• Internet Connection: Stable Wi-Fi connection for live testing and debugging.


System Requirements for Web Development (HTML, CSS5, JavaScript)
Recommended Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 10, macOS 11.0 or later.
• Browser: Latest version of Chrome.
• RAM: 4 GB or more.
• Storage: 500 MB available disk space.
• Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection.

System Requirements for Python
Recommended Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows 10, macOS 11.0 or later.
• Python Version: Python 3.8 or later.
• RAM: 4 GB or more.
• Storage: 1 GB available disk space.
• Internet Connection: Stable broadband connection for downloading libraries and dependencies.
Additional Tools (Recommended):
• IDE/Code Editor: PyCharm, Visual Studio Code, or any other preferred Python IDE.
• Libraries: Install commonly used libraries such as NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, etc.
